Mrs. Martin's 5th graders explored the power of Synergy during an exciting team activity! 🌟 💡 Synergy means using the best ideas from everyone and creating even better ideas together. It’s all about working as a team toward a common goal. 🛠️ In small groups, students collaborated to build the tallest tower possible using only the materials on their tables. With a time limit to keep them focused, they combined creativity, communication, and teamwork. Every tower was measured, all contributions were celebrated, and the tallest tower was highlighted! 💪 This activity showed the incredible things we can achieve when we synergize. ✨ #Synergize #Teamwork #ColtsCan
