Families, we wanted to share a few reminders for next week as we move fully into our regular schedule. It's been a great first week. Thanks for sharing your students with us.
BREAKFAST: students should arrive before 7:45 am in order to eat breakfast at school.
TARDIES: If students are not inside the building at 7:45 am, they are tardy. An adult will need to park and walk them into the office to be checked in.
GENERAL DISMISSAL: Transportation changes of any type must be in writing, not sent through ClassDojo or email.
CAR RIDER PICK UP: Drivers who are not in the car line WITH a car tag will not have their students released until 2:45 pm OR the highway clears (whichever comes later). We need to clear the highway for safety. No left turns into yhe parking lot while there is a line. Go past the school entrance and turn around at Wyomia Tyus Park and join the line.
CAR TAGS: should be placed in the windshield on the PASSENGER side OR hanging from the rear view mirror (using a pants hanger is a great way to do this). They should not be in the side window; the sideview mirrors block our view of the number. Ensure tags are NOT on the driver side as all of our staff are looking for numbers on the passenger side. Slow down as you enter the lot so that our staff can see your number and enter it into the app.
Have a great weekend - we'll see you Monday!
